Job Description

The purpose of the Brand Content Manager Role is to support Sr Brand Manager to develop the short and long term cross-marketing strategies and concept and then develop and execute content and campaign strategies that align with the brand identity, our marketing objectives and resonates with the target audiences of our 3 brands Triumph, sloggi and Amostyle by himself/herself.

He/she is accountable for regional brand governance (Ensure all content produced aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines). As such, he/she coordinates with Global Brand Content team to align Japanese Brand Expression with Global Brand Equity.

He/she oversees the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and instore material. For this, he/she will manage external agencies or partners and coordinate with internal functional teams (social, ecom, visual merchandising, …). He/she will be leading production and manage creative development, managing shootings and post-production.

He/she works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.

He/she monitors and analyzes content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies for better engagement and results.

He/she shall have a good understanding of key consumer insights and build strategies on consumer journey. A previous experience as content manager in fashion, cosmetic and beauty areas would be a plus. Experience dealing with agencies and campaign/content production is a must.

By fulfilling these objectives, she/he will contribute to leverage brands’ image, support brands’ growth and the business as a whole.


Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop marketing campaigns. Develop the planning process aligned against the business KPI and the functional KPI
  • Collaborate with the other key function teams including Global Marketing teams to ensure that we are consistently delivering against the Global Brand Ambition via efficient processes, effective campaigns and engaging and inspiring shopping experiences linked across all touchpoints for our consumers.
  • Cooperate with the global content team to drive consistency across regions.
  • Develop Japan relevant content which offers consistent brand experience for each brand in line with brands marketing strategy and evolving consumer behaviors and trends.
  • Utilize great understanding of the female clothing and Marketing to develop engaging and impactful content and campaigns.

Qualifications

Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years+ experience
  • 3 years+ team management/leadership experience in a large market.
  • Experience with Brand Content Development, Brand image building, creative assets development and execution.
  • Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency processes.
  • Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
  • Ability to inspire via strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in beauty / innerwear/ apparel business is a bonus
  • Educated to degree level +
  • Fluent business language skills in Japanese and English
