Job Description 

 USN is seeking a chronically online Content Creator to take our social media accounts to the next level. In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge of ever changing trends and pop culture with creative production, helping us to create engaging contents. We want to see how your creative mind words in the ideas you come up with and in your executional skills, like video editing and filming. If you’re the type to work well in a fast-paced, free-thinking, and multi-cultural environment, we want you on board. Let’s make some cool shit together.


Qualifications

  • Create and ideate for engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and graphics
  • Working as a video editor and videography that thinks social first, and being able to work with both Adobe Creative Suit (Premiere, After Effects) as well as social friendly platforms like CapCut
  • Storyboarding ideas to present to client and internal for the flow of potential shoots 
  • Bring ideas and relevant understanding and  knowledge of social media with a creative lens
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective 
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and graphics
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics
  • Simultaneously work on multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Is able to write Japanese content copy (not a requirement, but preferred)

Requirements

  • Social Media savvy
  • Video editing capabilities (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
  • Videography capabilities (iPhone and Professional Camera)
  • Highly Organized
  • First adopter attitude (be the first to try) and sensitive to and interested in latest trends
  • Active interest in music, sports and culture.
  • Native English, Business Level Japanese preferred
  • Team Player 
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of Social Media Landscape and Usage and New Functionality
  • Knowledge of Digital Media Buy on the various SNS
  • Knowledge in digital marketing ecosystems
