Responsibilities
Brand/Consumer Marketing
- Work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing to assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy and ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans (both offline and online) for given products and services to support the agreed marketing strategies and achievement of KPIs.
- Support the Head of Consumer Marketing to serve as a brand & marketing steward, ensuring our brand is always presented in alignment with brand vision and purpose.
- Support the development of a marketing strategy deck and analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Oversee administrative deliverables related to consumer marketing project management.
Digital marketing/Social platform management
- Support developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Support the development of engaging and innovative digital content tailored to the Gen Z audience.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends prevalent among Gen Z, incorporating this knowledge into marketing strategies and activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital and social platforms, and apply this information to the management of digital marketing and social platforms.
- Support the management social media platforms such as X(Twitter), Instagram and Facebook.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Passionate about digital marketing with a desire to stay up to date with current trends and advancements.
- Understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially those popular among Gen Z.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Proficient with major social media platforms (X/Tik Tok/Instagram, etc.)
- Has both a creative and analytical mindset.
- Proactive thinking/acting and a desire to learn.
- Ability to multitask and perform under certain deadlines.
- Strong ownership, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly skilled in a range of Microsoft tools, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Native level fluency in Japanese and business level in English
