The following is a summary of the work we will be entrusted with:
Design and management of the "Waffle College" community →Support university students and communicate with teaching assistants, mentors, and other professionals
Ensure PDCA (plan-do-check-act) implementation of event policies to improve engagement with the community
Collaborate with other teams within the company to publicize the value and stories created by the community
Waffle College and the mission of this position
Waffle College is a program that provides courses for students interested in a career in the technology field, but who lack opportunities to learn programming and meet like-minded people, as well as a community where they can learn from beginners and help them obtain internships.

We need you to lead the design and implementation of this community so that Waffle College can achieve its goal of becoming a place where gender-identified female and non-binary undergraduate and graduate students nationwide, regardless of their school, department, or arts/science background, can learn programming and build a career that is unique to them!
Waffle is a small elite team, so each person has a lot of discretion and discussions are flat.
You will be responsible for the success and expansion of the project while discussing with the team members whether the project is aiming for what it should be as a student experience, while also working on your own.

Wafffle is the leading non-profit organization that provides girls & gender minority junior and high school students and university students with a place to learn programming with the aim of closing the gender gap in the IT field.
Waffle is the only NPO that provides IT education and empowerment opportunities for girls and gender-minority junior high, high school, high school, and university students to achieve its mission of "closing the gender gap in the IT field.
Though relatively new, Waffle has won several prestigious awards, including one personally delivered by the Prime Minister such as “SDGs Partnership Award"" at the 4th Japan SDGs Awards sponsored by the Japanese government.
Waffle published "Me x IT = The Strongest Theory: A Guide for Girls & Gender Minorities to Work in IT”.

Fixed late-night work allowance (7,910 yen to 9,492 yen for 20 hours per month)

(We do not allow employees to work late-night hours, but we set it this way because of our flexible work schedule.)
