Job Description

UX Designers on our team think big and bold. They are not afraid to take risks or make mistakes while pursuing innovation and disrupting the status quo. We aim to create a strong culture of support that enables us to leave our egos at the door so that the sum of our work can be greater than its parts.

The team is working on creating digital products, including production-ready cockpit models and future mobility, up to level 5 autonomy. We create impact by rolling out digital products across an entire mobility ecosystem while following cohesive design philosophy.

You will collaborate across teams with product managers, other design teams, research, and engineering. Most importantly, you will be part of a self-motivated team that loves having fun together and solving complex problems that have a positive impact in the world, while maintaining constant growth as part of its core mentality.

Who We Are Looking For

A UX Designer who can flexibly respond to rapid changes in the mobility market and development environment. A person who can execute collaborative development with product owners, engineers, and external development teams, as well as designers, researchers, simulation experts, and other creators to develop unique and validated user experiences for AD/ADAS, mobility services, and digital products required for next-generation mobility.

This is a place where you can build networks inside and outside the company and maximize your creativity, including overall team strategy, philosophy, project management, and team culture.

To bring forth intuitive user experiences, you must drive a human-centered philosophy. Move conversations forward through wireframes, persona work, customer journey maps, a solid understanding of design systems, human interaction design, rapid prototyping, information architecture, and user flows.

Ready to change the world? Apply, and let’s meet.
