Job Description
Join our growing team and lead the product design. We are looking for someone who can craft exceptional UX, design beautiful interfaces, and work with engineers and other stakeholders to prototype and validate your designs.

Responsibilities
- Own the product user experience on web & mobile and optimize the interactions and interfaces for smaller screens
- Work alongside the Head of Product to understand the product specifications
- Explore divergent design solutions and develop interaction flows, high-fidelity mocks, and device-specific prototypes
- Define and communicate product design specifications to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders
- Participate to the Design QA making sure the implementation follows the design guidelines
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- UX Design Experience (web & mobile): 5+ years
- Can create quick prototypes and wireframes
- Strong at structuring Design with atomic-like design systems
- Proficient using Figma
- Business mindset: understand that design is not just about being creative but must also respond to specific business needs or constraints
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to prototype in modern front-end code such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Expertise in UX performance optimization using qualitative and quantitative assessment
