We design the project itself, not just the final product. A research process that begins with questioning common sense, and various tricks to break the pre-established harmony. Combining various methods such as management techniques for facing unanswered questions, we design processes and experiences that bring out the creativity of everyone involved.

Create Ecosystems

Create an “ecosystem” where businesses, organizations, communities, and people grow. Projects are finite and will come to an end, but it is possible to design a mechanism to establish the future possibilities discovered through the project as a new daily life. We will build a business ecosystem that continues to create value by continuously facing people, companies, and society without being bound by immediate profits.
