We're a growing multinational team working towards our upcoming mobile game launch for U.S. release. Situated at the heart of Tokyo, we've been planning and developing a new game to combine the art of storytelling, strategic gameplay, and the possibilities of AI. About the Role
We're looking for an efficient and detail-oriented animator to join our growing team. You will work on short-form videos for posting to our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). You will be working with the team to develop and execute creative outputs, while aligning to the overall art style. And ideally, you are able to execute and provide creative direction for animated graphics, can work independently and efficiently, and possess an eye for detail. Come help our game come to life, and share your skills with the world.
Experience (junior, mid-level, etc.): Junior-mid-level

Monthly salary: 180,000~
Responsibilities
- Produce animated short-form videos for social media posts, and future game trailers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute required outputs
- Incorporate feedback to improve output and align with the overall art style
Qualifications
- Strong animation skills, and ability to match the game’s art style and narrative
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred
- Able to align work hours with the team (Core Time: 11:00 - 15:00)
- Based in Japan
