Our Team
We have established a new and rapidly expanding team of around 35 people to build next-generation groupware and workspace solutions, including advanced identity and access management, communications, collaboration, and more.
The team comprises both exceptional existing professionals and newly-hired senior engineers. We aim to foster a team culture with the following qualities:

Position Overview
We are building a new B2B SaaS product focused on groupware, workspace, and identity access management (IAM) solutions. We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer to help us design and develop the product from the ground up. You will be working with TypeScript, React, and gRPC to create the core UI and application logic. This role involves building reliable, maintainable components and contributing to an intuitive user experience. We are still early in the product development process, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with uncertainty, open to trying new approaches, and willing to adapt as the product evolves based on customer feedback and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and implement engineering initiatives.
- Design and develop new features and reusable UI components using React-based frameworks.
- Implement automated tests and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in both React and TypeScript.
- Expertise in creating responsive web layouts and enhancing performance and security.
- Expertise in writing testable code.
- Experience with CI/CD for testing and building deployment pipelines.
- Experience in building backend APIs.
- Work experience requiring fluent English.
- Proven experience in engineering roles at companies that provide B2B web service.
Additional Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Web communication protocols such as gRPC and OAuth2/OIDC.
- Experience with accessibility best practices in coding or willingness to learn them.
- Experience in building design systems.
- Experience in developing embeddable components/SDKs for third-party use in a platform business.
- Experience in implementing AI-related features, even at a hobby level.

Work Hours
- Flexible working hours
- Core collaboration time: Tue - Fri: 9am - midday (JST)
- Note: This is because some teammates are in the US, we often have morning meetings from 9am - midday
- Employees may determine their own start and end times, as well as break times, between 5:00 and 22:00.
- Adjustments should be made to align with the team’s working style.
- Example working hours: 9:00–18:00 (including a 60-minute break)

Smoking will be prohibited in all office areas, except for designated smoking rooms in some areas. - Visa sponsorship and relocation support will be provided for those who do not reside in Japan.

Salary Range
- Salary Range(※1): JPY 10,000,000 – JPY 12,000,000
- Estimated annual salary: Base Salary (12 months) + Bonus (Base salary x 1 month x twice a year = 2 months)
- Monthly salary system: Base salary is determined based on your skill set, experience, and abilities, etc.
- An allowance for additional overtime(※2)is included in the base salary. However, work exceeding additional overtime agreed to between the employer and employee will be compensated separately.
- Base monthly salary(※1): JPY 710,000 – JPY 860,000
The base monthly salary breakdown as follows:- Base salary: JPY 540,950 – JPY 655,200
- Allowance for additional overtime(※2): JPY 169,050 to JPY 204,800
- Base monthly salary(※1): JPY 710,000 – JPY 860,000
※Notes:
1. Depending on your skill set and experience, the amount set may be outside the above range.
2. Calculated based on 160 hours of scheduled working hours per month and 40 hours of additional overtime.
