Job Description

DXC Technology is seeking a results-driven Account Sales / Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of Luxoft's automotive software engineering business in the Japan market. This role will focus on growing our presence in intelligent/autonomous driving, connected vehicles, intelligent cockpit, and vehicle software testing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Japanese automotive industry and a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives at major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Drive growth of Luxoft's intelligent/autonomous driving, connected vehicle, intelligent cockpit, and vehicle software testing business in the Japan domestic market.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and key account plans targeting major automotive customers to achieve company sales targets.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Lead all internal and external processes — from business development and pre-sales to deal closure — in alignment with company sales processes and customer business requirements.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in Japan.

Key Account Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, taking full responsibility for business cooperation, project delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on the Japanese automotive industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing activities to strengthen Luxoft's brand presence and visibility in the Japan market.
