Job Description
Juniper Japan is looking for someone with experience in video editing to work with us for a 6 week period across May and June.

Responsibilities
- Editing footage for Meta feeds and Reels with a focus on structuring hooks, main content, and CTAs to drive results
- Adding captions, cleaning up audio, and incorporating voice-overs
- Editing B-roll footage and creating simple motion graphics
- Organizing footage and project files, and managing files according to naming conventions (to facilitate team reuse and improve efficiency)
- Exporting finished footage and uploading it to ad management tools
- Delivering over 15 videos per week in multiple formats and aspect ratios
Qualifications
- Performance-driven – know how to turn influencer content into high-converting paid ads and how to structure for efficiency hook > body > cta
- Ownership – organising raw footage and content library to editing, exporting, and uploading into AdManage, can manage the full creative pipeline
- Fast, iterative – high-output environment, delivering ~15+ videos per week while testing new hooks, formats, and concepts to improve results.
- Data-aware – analyse performance, identify what’s working, and proactively bring new ideas to improve creative output week to week
- Experience with Premiere Pro
- Nice to have experience with Canva, Capcut, After effects, Photoshop, Image/Video generation tools (Veo, Nanobanana etc.), ChatGPT/Claude to workshop and text-based editing alongside Premiere Pro
- Experience with content creation is a plus
