責任
- エンドツーエンドのソリューション構築: 画像生成プラットフォームのフロントエンドとバックエン ドの両方を開発し、シームレスなユーザー体験を提供します。
- プロトタイプと反復: アイデアを素早く実用的なプロトタイプに変換し、コンセプトを検証してス テークホルダーの合意を得ます。

Job Description
The Challenge
We're building the next big thing in AI image generation, and we need a full-stack developer who can seamlessly bridge our frontend user experience with the powerful backend that drives it. You will be working onsite in our Shibuya office, collaborating closely with our planning team to quickly implement and iterate on web application features that improve user acquisition and engagement. You will work alongside our overseas engineers to create impactful features that will shape the future of manga production.
Responsibilities
- Build End-to-End Solutions: Develop both frontend and backend components of our image generation platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Prototype and Iterate: Quickly translate ideas into functional prototypes to validate concepts and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate Closely: Work closely with other engineers and UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Suggest and implement improvements to our frontend development processes, especially for remote collaboration.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Technical Virtuoso: You're a JavaScript/TypeScript expert with a deep understanding of modern web development. You know ReactJS and NodeJS inside and out.
- Startup Savvy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing the need for rapid iteration with the discipline of building for scale.
- Design-Minded: You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect user experiences that seamlessly integrate with our backend AI magic.
- Proactive and Collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be expected to quickly respond to shifting priorities and evolving needs on a daily basis. You are able to understand and interpret these requests, proactively crafting solutions that align with the team’s objectives. As the go-to person for handling urgent tasks, you’ll transform ideas into actionable outcomes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Excellent Communicator: You collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers in a bilingual (English/Japanese) environment across different time zones.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and NodeJS
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team
- Native Japanese speaker
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with NextJS, Vercel
- Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure supporting 1,000+ users
- Experience in the manga, anime, or gaming industry
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
