Main Role

The Print Project Manager's primary responsibilities include planning and managing promotional campaigns (mainly in-store merchandising) for major FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) clients handled by our company. The role requires accurate, prompt, and high-quality work, as well as the mental resilience to handle various pressures in tight schedules.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately understand client briefs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, propose, and execute deliverables.
  • Direct the production team.
  • Coordinate with printing companies.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in production management as an account executive, director, or project manager at an advertising agency, advertising production company, or printing company.
  • Extensive knowledge of production involving printing, visual photography, and color retouching.
  • A superior team player capable of working accurately under pressure and actively improving skills through training.
  • Ability to adhere to and suggest improvements for regulated graphic production and checking processes.
  • Creativity, flexibility, passion for work, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines in a demanding creative and production environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Practical experience with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Japanese proficiency (conversational skills and ability to understand documentation).
