Job Description
In this role, you'll work in a small cross-functional team - collaborating closely with engineers and product managers - to discover and design new experiences for researchers.
You'll be responsible for visual and UX design, helping shape the future of research together with the team.
This position is based in our Tokyo office. We operate in a hybrid work style but ask that you live within commuting distance.
Annual salary: 6M~11M yen
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for our products
- Develop a design system that will be used across all of our products
- Conduct UX research to understand user needs
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
- Help foster a strong design culture and support the team's growth
Qualifications

Requirements
- Experience designing large-scale products
- Basic front-end development experience (simple design fixes)

Work Hours
Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (regular hours)
Work system: Basic fixed-hour work system
*Two-hour advance work time system is available
