Job Description
Netwise is looking for an experienced and capable Japanese designer able to create highly functional and effective websites and online stores using FIGMA. Open to all relationship options (FTE, PT, contract, freelance) and fully remote is OK. This is not an entry-level position, and a solid portfolio of superlative work is required. English skills welcome but not required.

Responsibilities
- Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases
- Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity
- Create standard information architecture documentation including wireframes, process maps, user flows, user scenarios, functional specifications, navigation schema’s, documentation and prototypes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/interaction design
- Native-level Japanese, conversational English
- Extensive experience and capability with Photoshop
- Knowledge of FIGMA, Zeplin, Sketch, and/or Illustrator a plus
- Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc)
- Good knowledge of the best practices for interaction design for cross-platform devices and applications
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing
- Experience with responsive website design
