We are recruiting to expand operations and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales & Planning team as an Account Manager to help our growth together.

Responsibilities
- Become a person in charge of building and maintaining business relationships with partners (clients).
- Identifying and building relationships with key influencers in our industry so that we can further penetrate our products and services to other businesses that we do not directly target.
- Become a business partner for marketing solutions for partner companies
- Budget formulation and implementation of sales and marketing plans
- Creating estimates and issuing invoices after project completion
- Sponsorship acquisition sales
- Participate in regular client meetings to deepen relationships with clients
- Performing and managing analysis to ensure ongoing partnership with clients after a project/campaign
Qualifications
Must have skills
- 4+
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must have sales experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships in the market.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Those who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluent Japanese
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Good to have skills
- English skills / Able to communicate in English at the meeting with clients.
- Passion for games
- Experience working in an international environment
