Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Professional at Scandinavia Service Co Ltd, you will play a key role in shaping the online presence and growth of our Scandinavian Beauty homecare brand. This role blends creativity with data-driven strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that reflect Scandinavian Beauty’s values of quality, sustainability, and modern living. Working closely with product and sales teams, you will ensure our brand voice resonates with our target audience and builds lasting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, and paid ads) to promote Scandinavian Beauty products.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content that communicates the brand’s ethos across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and grow our social media presence, building strong engagement with customers and fostering a loyal community.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), generate insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

E-commerce & Website Support

  • Support online sales channels by optimizing product listings, driving traffic, and ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce impactful campaigns. Explore partnerships with influencers and relevant lifestyle communities.

Market Research & Trends

  • Stay updated on beauty, homecare, and digital marketing trends to ensure Scandinavian Beauty remains innovative and competitive in the market.

Qualifications

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Proven ability to run and optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Content & Branding Skills

  • Strong storytelling skills to craft engaging campaigns aligned with Scandinavian Beauty’s brand values.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is a plus.

Analytical Abilities

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Soft Skills & Personal Qualities

  • Creative thinker with a passion for beauty, homecare, and lifestyle trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Bonus (Preferred but not required)

  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada/Shopee, etc.).
  • Exposure to influencer/affiliate marketing campaigns.
