The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. About the Team
As a Key Account Manager (Seller Management), you will support the growth and performance of assigned sellers by acting as a trusted partner and point of contact. You will analyze seller performance, coordinate with internal teams, and help sellers improve their operations and sales on Shopee.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned sellers as their primary point of contact
- Monitor seller performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist sellers with campaign participation, promotions, and operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Logistics) to resolve seller inquiries
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in any field
- Strong interest in account management, business operations, or e-commerce
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
- Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)
