業務内容
- プロジェクト全体（キックオフ〜納品）の進行管理
- スケジュール・マイルストーン・クライアント締切の設計／管理
- 要件整理および関係者との調整
- デザイン・開発チームとの連携・進行管理
- リスク／課題の把握と対応（特にローンチ前の最終調整）
- バックログ管理・QAの推進
- クライアント対応
応募要件
- 日本語：ネイティブレベルまたはN1相当
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- Web／アプリなどのデジタル領域でのPM経験
- 複数ステークホルダーとの調整・進行管理経験
- スケジュール管理・課題解決力のある方
- 主体的にプロジェクトを進められる方
※ Agile / Scrum経験、テック領域の理解がある方歓迎
契約条件
- 契約形態：業務委託
- 期間：6ヶ月（延長の可能性あり）
- 報酬：月額 50万〜80万円（経験・スキルに応じて）
- 稼働時間：JST 9:00〜18:00（柔軟に調整可）
- 開始：2026年5月予定

Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a bilingual Project Manager to lead digital projects across design, development, and client teams.
You’ll own the day-to-day coordination and keep projects moving — aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and making sure nothing slips as we approach launch.
Contract Details
- Type: Contract (agency-side)
- Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Compensation: ¥500,000 – ¥800,000/month (based on experience)
- Hours: JST 9:00–18:00 (flexible as needed)
- Start: May 2026
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery
- Plan and manage timelines, milestones, and client deadlines
- Coordinate requirements and align stakeholders
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to keep execution on track
- Identify risks early and drive resolution, especially during launch phases
- Manage backlog and support QA processes
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese (or JLPT N1) and business-level English
- Experience managing digital projects (web, app, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Solid project planning and problem-solving ability
- Self-starter who can move things forward independently
Nice to have: Agile/Scrum experience or technical background
