Role
Tektome is seeking a creative and versatile Content / Graphic / UX Designer to join their marketing team. You’ll play a key role in visually communicating complex concepts and technical information in a clear, compelling, and brand-consistent manner. The ideal candidate is both highly skilled in design and capable of contributing creatively across multiple media types and languages.
Responsibilities
＜Visual Design Creation＞
- Develop infographics, technical diagrams, white papers, web and landing pages, and marketing visuals.
- Design and prepare print materials, such as physical brochures and banners for trade shows.
- Collaborate with content writers and technical teams to convert ideas into high-impact visuals.
＜Creative Strategy＞
- Provide creative input on how to effectively visualize abstract or complex technical ideas.
- Assist in the ideation phase of campaigns and communication initiatives.
＜Brand Consistency＞
- Uphold and evolve company brand guidelines across all materials.
- Ensure visual coherence across a range of media types.
＜Localization and Bilingual Content＞
- Primarily design for English-language content, with adaptations for Japanese audiences when required.
- Ensure tone and design remain consistent across bilingual materials.

¥4,500,000 - ¥6,000,000 a year
契約期間：期間の定めなし
試用期間：あり（3ヵ月 場合によっては6ヵ月）
就業時間：フルフレックス（コアタイムなし）
就業場所：東京本社および在宅のハイブリッド
休日 ：土日、祝日
休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社3ヵ月後に5日、6ヵ月後に5日、12ヵ月後に11日を付与する。）

残業 ：あり（裁量労働制 平均月20時間以内）
