Responsibilities

This role focuses on leading the end-to-end technical integration for strategic merchants joining TikTok Shop. You will work closely with Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to support merchants through every stage—from understanding their business needs, designing integration solutions, to ensuring successful implementation on our platform.

  • Collaborate with the account management team to drive pre-sales activities and work with Product/Operations and other related stakeholders to complete integration and onboarding for strategic merchants.
  • Provide professional technical and consulting support during merchants’ requirement discovery, solution design, and implementation stages, helping merchants complete integration with the TikTok Shop platform.
  • Work with merchants and service providers to diagnose and resolve integration-related issues.
  • Identify deep-level merchant needs and design end-to-end product solutions across the entire chain — including merchant-facing tools, operational workflows, merchant-platform interactions, and merchant-consumer experiences.
  • Gather integration best practices and market feedback to provide market insights that inform the product roadmap; promote best practices to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales technical support, solution architecture, customer success, or related roles; experience in international e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including engineers, managers, and senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and system architecture, with professional knowledge of system integration; familiar with integration models, best practices, mainstream integration products, and technical stacks.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Base, Salesforce, Microsoft, Huawei, or other commerce management systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; able to work effectively in complex environments, adjust strategies flexibly, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • High proficiency in Chinese and Japanese (oral and written), to ensure experienced collaboration with international teams across different time zones.
