Job Description

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled visual designer to join our regional design team supporting the NEA markets. This is not just a production role — it’s a hybrid position that merges visual excellence with campaign thinking, system building, and design process optimization.

As our Regional Campaign Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping design visuals for creative campaigns and tracking design performance, that align with user behavior and business needs. From H5 page execution to branding frameworks and AI-assisted workflows, you’ll be at the center of driving creative clarity and operational efficiency across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign needs, uncover strategic goals, and deliver visual solutions that are reusable and scalable
  • Design visually striking campaigns, particularly H5 mobile campaigns, optimized for engagement and user experience
  • Develop layout systems, color frameworks, and information hierarchies to ensure high design impact and functional clarity
  • Identify recurring design patterns and create templates and visual systems that can be reused across markets and formats
  • Under pressure, quickly move from sketch to high-fidelity output
  • Apply a branding lens to all work, ensuring design consistency across offline and digital surfaces
  • Use persuasive visual thinking and communication to guide stakeholder choices toward better design outcomes
  • Translate creative work into trackable data points, update internal databases, and contribute to design impact measurement
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize work, and maintain transparency through internal tracking tools
  • Collaborate with other designers to achieve shared departmental OKRs and design standards

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Exceptional Visual & UI/UX Design Mastery: Profound skills in layout, typography, color theory, and information hierarchy, with a strong ability to balance aesthetics with user experience principles.

2. End-to-End Campaign Execution: Extensive experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including H5 for mobile-first markets and offline/digital events with SWAG design.

3. Strategic Brand & Systems Thinking: Proven expertise in brand building, and the ability to create and maintain scalable design systems and visual frameworks.

4. Proficient & Adaptive Workflow: High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools, complemented by familiarity with AIGC to streamline workflows and ensure strong execution under pressure.

5. Good English communication skills, both oral and written

6. Proactive, solution-oriented team player who is self-motivated and thrives in collaborative environments.

7. Adaptable and resilient under pressure, with a proven ability to quickly learn and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Experience in supporting cross-regional marketing teams and global campaign rollouts.

2. 3D Design Capability: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering for creative assets.

3. Data-Driven Design: Familiarity with campaign tracking tools, CRM systems, and data-based design impact measurement.

4. Targeted Campaign Strategy: Knowledge of user personas and segmentation logic for precise campaign targeting.

5. Analytical Optimization: Analytical thinking with a focus on workflow improvement and design effectiveness measurement.
