As a UX Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product’s user experience strategy. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders, you will foster a user-centric culture and lead the redesign of the VELTRA brand and its services for the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Design: Lead the overall UX strategy and redesign of the VELTRA brand and services to drive business expansion.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a diverse UI/UX team (goal setting, resource allocation, career development, and performance evaluation).
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners to define requirements, design information architecture, and translate user pain points into actionable solutions.
- Cross-functional Direction: Oversee creative direction across the organization to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Qualifications
[Required Qualifications / 必須スキル]
- 5+ years of experience in UX design and direction for web/app services.
- Proven track record in Product Development based on Human-Centered Design (HCD/UCD).
- Experience in leading or managing design teams or large-scale projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, Engineers, etc.).
- Native-level Japanese or equivalent professional proficiency.

- Experience in UX design for global products or multilingual platforms.
- Experience in UX improvement driven by data and KPIs.
- Professional experience communicating in English (Our team is multinational!).
- A passion for travel and creating meaningful experiences.

UX Manager は、プロダクトのユーザー体験全体をリードし、UXデザインチームのマネジメントとデザイン戦略の策定・実行を担うポジションです。 プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、ビジネスサイドと密に連携しながら、ユーザー中心のプロダクト開発を推進していただきます。
責任
当社のWeb／アプリサービスにおいて、以下の業務をお任せします。
- 事業拡大を見据えた、ベルトラブランドおよびサービス全体の再設計
- プロダクトオーナーと協働した、最適なUX設計の推進
- UI/UXチームのマネジメント（メンバー育成、目標設定、アサイン、進捗・状況確認、評価、成長支援 など）
- 社内横断のクリエイティブ領域におけるディレクション業務
- 各プロダクトオーナーと協働した、以下の推進（要件定義、エクスペリエンス設計／情報設計、ユーザー課題の抽出、改善案の提案）
開発体制・コミュニケーション
- 開発は多国籍なメンバーがおり、英語でのコミュニケーションもあるため、実務を通して英語力を伸ばせる環境です。

資格
- Webサービス関連領域でUXデザイン&ディレクション経験（5年以上）
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション能力
- ユーザー中心設計（HCD / UCD）に基づくプロダクト開発経験
- デザインチームまたはプロジェクトのリード
- マネジメント経験
- プロダクトマネージャー
- エンジニアとの協業経験
Preferred Experiences
- グローバルプロダクトや多言語対応のUX設計経験
- KPIやデータをもとにUX改善を行った経験
- 英語を使った実務でのコミュニケーション経験
