YEEELL is a Japan-based company specializing in influencer management and social media operations. We focus on growing digital communities and sharing Japanese culture through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
We are looking for a Social Media Creator with strong knowledge of Korean or Taiwanese markets to join our Global Vision Studio (GVS) team. You will develop your own creator presence under YEEELL, support our in-house creators, and lead strategy for client projects targeting Korea and/or Taiwan — helping expand YEEELL’s global presence and connect Japanese brands with global audiences.

Responsibilities
- Support in-house creators with end-to-end content creation (planning, shooting, editing, publishing)
- Grow and manage your own influencer account as part of the YEEELL creator team
- Build social media strategies tailored to Korean and/or Taiwanese audiences, trends, and platforms
- Create proposals, campaign plans, and content concepts for Japanese brands expanding overseas and internal accounts
- Support the GVS team with internal creative projects, influencer casting, market research, and performance analysis
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Video production skills (shooting and editing)
- Social media design skills
- Experience managing social accounts with strong engagement
- Strong writing and communication abilities
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to create or direct visual materials for presentations and proposals
- Experience in content planning, social media strategy, or community management is a plus
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and charismatic communicators, comfortable in front of a camera
- Deep familiarity with Korean or Taiwanese digital culture, trends, and audience behavior
- Curious about global trends and excited to engage with international fans
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, RedNote, Naver etc.)
